That happened to me about a month ago. I was down for almost 2 weeks. We had 3 technicians come to the house. 3rd time was a charm it was a bad modem.
I knew there had to be a reason we haven't heard from you for a few days, Ratshag dear. I hope it won't be long before all is well and we can enjoy your posts again!
I'd rather wondered why there has been a distinct lack of Mr. the Shag lately. Hope they get everything up and running for you in short order!
