Little did we all know that AC's investments were all held with Madoff-related firms, thereby draining their liquid capital needed for necessary repair bills and freezing their ability to lend to new alts after the Ponzi scheme fell apart. Hopefully, President Thrall's eknomic stim-, stimol-, sttimal-...bugger it...the money plan will free up the Azerothian credit markets to needy guilds.
