Ummm.... Huh?
The cabin, I get. You're going to live on top of a mountain in Northrend, you need somewhere warm and dry to sleep. The outhouse? Privacy's not really an issue up here, but I can certainly understand wanting something more civilized than behind a bush for when you need to ... you know. We aren't all dwarves. The boat??? Yeah, there I got no clue.

I totally thought the same thing when I was up there a few days ago.
Perhaps, the valley below floods during the rainy season? I mean.. it'd have to be a big tub for all the dragons to take baths right?

Maybe this guy has dreams of becomng a pirate, but got lost on the way to BB.
I guess who ever lived there pulled the boat up so its hull wouldn't be broken by the sea waters freezing.
