ahhh I hear the east instance is much bigger, with more loot. I live only a few hours north of the west instance so I go there almost yearly to farm wife/kids rep. The turn-ins suck but the rewards for exalted rock.
@ john: I am very close to the West instance and completely agree with you -- turn ins stink but nothing beats the purple "Hugs From My Kids" trinket. (the +Stamina & +Spirit is simply amazing) chance to proc while at rodentworld increased 400%
