Well, in the book, Thrall left Snowsong in the care of some druids in Feralas before taking off to help the Aspects (green dragon took him from there). The druids were going to see to it that Snowsong got safely back to Orgrimmar, I guess it just hasn't happened yet or Thrall has been too busy to come and pick her up! =)
